Forever in my Heart
 (tribute to a late hamster)

Shadow is and will be my baby forever,
Nothing can change the way I feel about her,
Her cute little face,
With her little ol' white stripe down her neck
She loved running, playing, eating and sleeping,
I remember, oh how I remember,
How she took the yogurt drop out of my mouth,
 Then I kissed her on the face and she just sat there,
And continued eating!

Carrots was her favorite treat,
She stuffed them in her pouches,
Shadow Baby, Bear Face,
I loved her and she loved me!
